The First Partner Illustration Collection series continues with Series 3, launching August 7th and featuring starter Pokémon from Hoenn, Kalos, and Paldea regions. PokeBeach reports this latest set will follow the established format that collectors have come to expect.
Priced at £14.99, each collection includes three special promo cards from one featured region, two standard booster packs, and a themed sticker sheet. This proven formula has maintained strong appeal among Pokémon TCG enthusiasts since the series began.
Regional Spotlight: Three Generations of Starters
Series 3 covers an impressive span of Pokémon history. Hoenn brings Treecko, Torchic, and Mudkip from Ruby and Sapphire era. Kalos features Chespin, Fennekin, and Froakie, with Greninja remaining a competitive favourite. Paldea’s newest trio - Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly - represents the current generation from Scarlet and Violet.
These nine starters showcase the full Fire, Water, and Grass type spectrum across their evolutionary families. The premium artwork treatment should highlight each Pokémon’s distinct regional characteristics without the generic poses often seen in regular sets.
