Every box of Start Deck 100 holds one complete, ready-to-play 60 card deck, and which one you get is the whole point: there are over 100 different decks in the range and the box gives no clue which is inside.
The Mega Evolution edition draws on a card pool of more than 700 cards, and alongside the 100 numbered decks there is a secret deck and a special gold-etched Mega Charizard Y ex version to be found.
