A seasonal treat is on its way for early 2027. The Pokemon TCG Valentine’s Box has been officially revealed, giving fans a love-themed alternative to the now-familiar Halloween Trick or Trade sets. Here’s what we know so far.
What’s in the Box?
According to early product reveals, the Pokemon TCG Valentine’s Box will contain 20 “Valentine’s Day” mini booster packs, each holding three cards. That’s 60 cards in total, likely a curated selection of reprints sporting a special love-themed stamp, much like the spooky stamps found on Trick or Trade cards. On top of the mini packs, the box includes five sticker sheets and packaging that converts into a mailbox for collecting valentines, a fun touch for younger fans.

The full set list hasn’t been revealed yet and likely won’t surface until closer to launch in January. If the Trick or Trade formula is anything to go by, expect a mix of popular Pokemon reprints chosen to fit the Valentine’s theme, probably featuring fan favourites like Luvdisc, Alomomola, and other Pokemon associated with hearts and affection. These seasonal sets tend to be light on competitive staples but brilliant for casual collectors and younger players.
Release Date and Price
The Valentine’s Box is set to release on 15 January 2027 at a recommended price of $14.99. That price point keeps it squarely in gift and impulse-buy territory, similar to where previous seasonal products have landed. For UK collectors, pricing and availability haven’t been confirmed yet, so keep an eye out for local listings as we get closer to the new year.
