At Monster Card Corner, we aim to dispatch orders quickly, package every shipment securely, and provide fully tracked delivery services both within the UK and internationally.


UK Shipping

We offer the following UK delivery services:

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next working day (where Royal Mail service commitments are met)

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping is available on UK orders of £100 or more.

All UK shipments include full tracking.


International Shipping

We currently ship to customers in:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Hong Kong SAR

  • Israel

  • Singapore

  • Japan

  • Guernsey

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, parcel weight and selected service.

All international shipments include tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

United States

Orders placed through our website are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services where available. This means applicable import duties and taxes are paid by us before delivery, so you should not normally receive additional customs charges.

European Union & Other Countries

Import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your destination country and the shipping service selected.

From 1 July 2026, EU customs rules changed for low-value parcels entering the European Union.

Orders sent to EU countries with a value under €150 may be subject to a flat customs duty of €3 per item classification/product line. If a parcel contains multiple different types of products, this charge may apply more than once.

Unless a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP/PDDP) service is selected, any import duties, VAT, customs charges, handling fees or local administration fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs rules, fees and processing times vary by country and may change over time. Monster Card Corner is not responsible for customs delays or charges applied by the destination country.


Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days, provided they fall before one of our scheduled dispatch days.

Orders placed after a dispatch run will be shipped on the next scheduled dispatch day.

During major product launches, promotional events or exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are dispatched as soon as stock arrives with us.

If stock arrives before 12:00pm on one of our dispatch days, we aim to dispatch it the same day.

If stock arrives after 12:00pm, it will be dispatched on the next scheduled dispatch day.

We do not intentionally dispatch pre-order products more than one calendar day before the manufacturer's official release date.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will normally be held until all items are available unless separate shipping has been purchased.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only.

Although the vast majority of orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Transport disruption

  • Public holidays


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.

Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable consumer law, we will:

  • provide a replacement (subject to stock availability);

  • provide an equivalent replacement where appropriate; or

  • issue a full refund.


Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed or returned because applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges were not paid (where these are the recipient's responsibility), we may deduct the following from any refund where permitted by law:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs charges

  • Carrier handling fees


Tracking

Every order we dispatch includes a tracking number.

Tracking details are sent automatically once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
