What is Welcome to Night City?
Welcome to Night City is an upcoming set for the Cyberpunk TCG, releasing on 6 November 2026 with pre-orders available. It spans 172 cards built across four primary colours, Red, Yellow, Green and Blue, with Unit as the largest card type at 77 cards. Players and collectors will find a full rarity range, from Common and Uncommon through Rare and Epic, up to Secret cards. The set also includes Iconic Legend, Iconic Secret and Iconic Other treatments, alongside 32 alternate-art cards for those chasing something special.
What are the rarest Welcome to Night City cards?

What's new in Welcome to Night City?
Welcome to Night City is the first set for the Cyberpunk TCG from WeirdCo, made with CD PROJEKT RED. The Retail Edition brings the game to stores after the Kickstarter Alpha and Beta releases, with characters from Cyberpunk 2077 leading your crew.
Lead a crew of three Legends
How it plays. Every deck runs exactly three Legends, which start face-down and are called into play during the game. Your Legends also set your deck's RAM limit in each colour, which decides which cards you can include.

Win by stealing Gigs
How it plays. Gigs are tracked with dice. Each turn you roll a new Gig, and your Units fight Rival Units and steal Gigs. Start your turn holding seven Gigs and you win. Eddies are the currency, and selling cards from your hand is how you build them up.
Four colours
Colours. Red is the colour of raw power and direct destruction, Green is about alignment, pairing Gigs of the same value and matching them to Unit power, Blue draws on Intelligence for system saboteurs, and Yellow sits closest to Technical Ability for heavily augmented characters.
Units, Programs and Gear
Card types. Units are your crew, who fight and steal Gigs. Programs are one-shot effects, and Gear equips to a Unit or Legend to boost it.
Retail Edition Iconic Rares
Chase cards. The Retail Edition booster packs include new cards and exclusive alternate-art Iconic Rares that are different from the ones in the Beta set.
Pre-release kits
Pre-release. Each Pre-release Kit has six Retail booster packs, three extra random Legends, a Nova Rare Gorilla Arms promo and a full set of polyhedral dice. The kit Legends and the promo carry a foil WTNC 2026 stamp and are only available in Pre-release Kits.

Is Welcome to Night City worth it?
Our take, based on the cards and products revealed so far.
For players. Welcome to Night City is where the Cyberpunk TCG starts: three Legends, four colours and a race to steal Gigs, with weekly Night City Brawl events following the pre-releases.
For collectors. The Retail Edition Iconic Rares are new alternate art not seen in the Beta, and the stamped pre-release Legends and promo are kit-only.
Worth it if
- You want to start the Cyberpunk TCG: this is the first set and the base for everything after it.
- You love Cyberpunk 2077: the set is built around its characters and Night City.
Think twice if
- You only want one or two specific cards: singles will be cheaper than chasing them in packs.
