Three new store-exclusive promos for the upcoming Pokémon TCG set Pitch Black have been unveiled, and they’re sporting a special stamp to mark the franchise’s 30th anniversary.
According to PokeBeach, the trio of promos — Primarina, Zarude, and Armarouge — will be available at select retailers when you spend $15 or more on Pokémon TCG products. The set itself launches on 17 July 2026.
Where to Grab Each Promo
Each card is exclusive to a specific retail chain, so you’ll want to plan your shopping accordingly:
- Primarina - Hot Topic, Barnes & Noble, and BoxLunch
- Zarude - GameStop (EB Games in Canada and Australia)
- Armarouge - Best Buy (JB Hi-Fi in New Zealand)
Rather than carrying the usual store-branded stamp or a Pitch Black set stamp, all three promos will feature the 30th anniversary “What’s Your Favourite?” logo. They’re also expected to be printed on cosmos holofoil paper, giving them that signature shimmering finish that makes store promos stand out from standard pulls.
If you’re a promo collector, these are worth keeping an eye on - anniversary stamps tend to add a nice layer of long-term collectability, and cosmos holofoil is always a treat. Mark 17 July in the diary.
