How N's Zoroark ex wins
The deck is built around N's Zoroark ex and its two text blocks. The Trade ability lets you discard a card from your hand to draw 2 cards once per turn, meaning you can chain multiple copies on the same turn to dig for whatever you need. Night Joker then costs two Darkness Energy and lets you choose one of your Benched N's Pokémon's attacks and use it as this attack, so the offensive output changes depending on what you have waiting on the Bench.
The Bench is therefore a toolkit rather than a support row. N's Zekrom brings Rampaging Thunder, which does 250 damage, though the Pokémon cannot attack the following turn. N's Darmanitan offers Flamebody Cannon, which does 90 damage and also hits a Benched Pokémon for 90. N's Reshiram contributes Powerful Rage, which does 20 damage for each damage counter on the Pokémon, making it a late-game option if Zoroark has taken hits. Keeping the right mix of these Benched threats is the central decision point each turn.
Pecharunt ex and Munkidori handle positioning and chip damage. Subjugating Chains lets Pecharunt ex switch a Benched Darkness Pokémon to the Active Spot, poisoning it in the process, which combined with Munkidori's Adrena-Brain, moving up to 3 damage counters from one of your Pokémon to one of your opponent's when Munkidori has Darkness Energy attached, can nudge a target into knock-out range before you attack. Binding Mochi then adds 40 more damage to attacks from a Poisoned Pokémon, rewarding the poison setup directly.
N's PP Up and Night Stretcher keep the engine running through the mid and late game. N's PP Up attaches a Basic Energy card from the discard pile to a Benched N's Pokémon, recycling the Darkness Energy that Trade and Ultra Ball inevitably discard. Night Stretcher retrieves any Pokémon or Basic Energy from the discard pile. Fezandipiti ex's Flip the Script draws 3 cards whenever a Pokémon was knocked out on the opponent's previous turn, and Meowth ex's Last-Ditch Catch searches out any Supporter on entry, ensuring the Supporter engine stays consistent throughout.

Your first turns, and what to aim for
In the opening turns, use four copies of Buddy-Buddy Poffin to search out N's Zorua and Tatsugiri or other 70-HP Basics, filling the Bench quickly. Evolve as many Zorua into N's Zoroark ex as you can reach in turns one and two, then start chaining Trade to dig for energy and the N's Pokémon you need on the Bench. Tatsugiri's Attract Customers is useful in the Active Spot on turn one if you are going second, looking at the top 6 cards for a Supporter before you promote a Zoroark.
Once you have two or more N's Zoroark ex in play and the right Benched attackers, the mid-game becomes a series of decisions about which Night Joker attack fits the target. N's PP Up and Night Stretcher ensure Energy and Pokémon lost to Trade or knock-outs keep coming back. Pecharunt ex's Subjugating Chains lets you swap a Zoroark into the Active Spot cleanly, and Munkidori's Adrena-Brain with a Darkness Energy attached moves damage counters across to finish targets before your attack. Attach Binding Mochi to the Poisoned Pokémon attacking that turn for an additional 40 damage.
In the late game, lean on Fezandipiti ex's Flip the Script to draw 3 cards after any knock-out, and keep Night Stretcher ready to return key pieces from the discard. Special Red Card disrupts the opponent when they are down to three or fewer Prize cards, and Boss's Orders pulls up a specific target to close out the game.

N's Zoroark ex, answered
Quick answers about playing and building this deck.
01Is N's Zoroark ex good for beginners?⌄
Yes, N's Zoroark ex is a reasonable choice for a newer player who is comfortable with Stage 1 evolutions. The deck has no Stage 2 lines, so setup is straightforward: bench N's Zorua with Buddy-Buddy Poffin, evolve into N's Zoroark ex, and start using Trade each turn. The main skill to develop is deciding which Night Joker attack to copy and when to use Pecharunt ex's Subjugating Chains for free switching. The deck is rated Easy, though managing the discard pile and knowing which N's Pokémon to keep Benched takes a few games to feel natural.
02What are the key cards in N's Zoroark ex?⌄
The four cards that define the deck are N's Zoroark ex, N's Zorua, Pecharunt ex, and N's PP Up. N's Zoroark ex provides Trade for card draw and Night Joker for flexible attacking. Four copies of N's Zorua give you enough Basics to always have Zoroark ready. Pecharunt ex's Subjugating Chains handles switching and poison. N's PP Up returns Basic Energy from the discard pile to a Benched N's Pokémon, keeping the energy flow going after Trade and Ultra Ball force discards. Munkidori and Tatsugiri round out the engine with damage movement and Supporter searching.
03How much does a N's Zoroark ex deck cost in the UK?⌄
