Orders & Shipping


How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.39, or free on most orders over £100. Express shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £4.89, or just £2.99 on orders over £200.

When will my order be dispatched?


Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Pre-orders ship no sooner than one day before the official release date.

Do you offer international shipping?

We now offer international shipping to mainland Europe, North America and Australia.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

Just like you, we're at the mercy of Royal Mail. If an order is delayed or lost, please let us know.

Lost items (per Royal Mail's standards) will be refunded or replaced depending on stock availability.

Returns & Refunds


Can I return an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

What items can’t be returned?

Opened/tampered items and custom orders are non-returnable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it.

Cancellations & Changes


Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes - if it hasn’t been dispatched. Dispatched orders can still be returned for a full refund, as long as they meet our inspection criteria.

How we source product


How does Monster Card Corner source their TCG products?

At Monster Card Corner, we source our products from several different channels to ensure we can offer a wide range of trading card game items, including hard-to-find and limited releases.


Some products come directly from official distributors at standard trade pricing. These are typically new releases supplied through normal retail channels. To have the best chance of purchasing at these prices, we recommend signing up to our email list for early updates on pre-orders and stock arrivals. In some cases, we may offer direct invoices or run product lotteries to help ensure fair access and prevent automated purchasing bots.


We also work with trusted wholesalers who may have additional stock available after initial distribution. These suppliers often source products from international markets such as North America and Japan. As a result, some items may be priced higher than standard distributor pricing due to market demand and sourcing costs.


Finally, we sometimes purchase products from collectors, stores, or other sellers. These items are sourced at a percentage of current market prices, which allows us to stock products that may otherwise be unavailable through traditional supply chains.
